Dubonnet Fizz

Ingredients:

• 4-5 cl Dubonnet
• 4-5 cl orange juice
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 1,5 cl Cherry Brandy
• Soda water

Bar accessories

• Cocktail shaker
• Ice cubes
• Long drink glass

First fill a shaker with ice cubes. Now add all the ingredients (except soda water) to the cocktail shaker and shake well. Then strain the drink into a long drink glass and top up with soda water. Add half an orange slice and serve the drink. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
