Waldorf Astoria Eggnog
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl Bourbon Whisky
- 2 cl port wine
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1 cl cream
- 5 cl milk
Bar Accessories:
- Cocktail shaker
- Ice cubes
- Tumbler
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds. Then strain into a pre-chilled tumbler, grain (with a grated nutmeg) and serve. You can find more digestif recipes on our digestif page!
