Campari Amalfi Recipe
- 4 cl Campari
- Bitter Lemon
- One grapefruit
Step by Step Guide
- Pour Campari and Bitter Lemon into a glass and stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Add ice cubes and season with the juice of a grapefruit wedge.
- Now add a new grapefruit or orange wedge to the glass and serve the drink immediately afterwards.
If you want to prepare the cocktail, first take a wine glass and pour the Campari into the glass. For measuring, we recommend using a jigger. Then add the bitter lemon and stir gently with a bar spoon. Be careful not to stir too much, otherwise too much carbonic acid will spread. Now add a few ice cubes to the glass and squirt the juice of a grapefruit wedge into the glass. Now you can add a grapefruit wedge or an orange wedge to the glass and serve the Campari Amalfi immediately. You can also prepare this aperitif directly in several glasses at the same time and thus serve several people at once.

The taste of Campari drink is incredibly refreshing and fruity. The drink has slightly tart notes, but they are not at all unpleasant and do not taste alcoholic. Thanks to its fruity taste, this drink fits perfectly into the summer, but can also be prepared on warm spring days. You can always adapt and modify the recipe to suit your needs. For example, if you want a more tart taste, just add more Campari. If the taste is not sweet enough for you, you can help it along with a little sugar syrup. You can even add an extra “shot” to the glass by adding 2 cl of gin or vodka to the drink. Just the way you like it!
