Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl Ouzo
- 3 cl Sweet Vermouth
- 3 cl Dry Vermouth
- 1 cl lemon juice
Put the two Vermouths and the Ouzo in a mixing glass together with ice cubes. Stir the ingredients gently with a bar spoon. After about 20 seconds, strain the drink through a bar strainer into a martini glass. Then add the lemon juice, garnish the cocktail with a slice of lemon and serve the drink.
