The Bamboo Cocktail has a tart, fruity flavour profile that is strongly influenced by sherry. Therefore, you should definitely use a high-quality and flavour-intensive sherry in the preparation. The vermouth only underlines the taste once more and is rounded off with slightly tart notes of the cocktail bitters. A very varied aperitif that can be served very well at receptions or parties.
