Caipirinha punch

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 40-50 cl cachaça
  • 50 cl lime juice
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250-350 cl sparkling wine
  • 250-350 cl soda water

Squeeze the juice from 5 of the 20 limes and mix this together with 50 cl soda water. You can now place this mixture in the fridge or freezer to chill. While the punch base is cooling, you can chop the remaining limes, sprinkle with sugar and squeeze. Now add cachaça and add this mix to the mix in the fridge or freezer.

Stir this mix well once and now refrigerate it for at least 4 hours. Just before you are ready to serve the punch, add the sparkling wine, mineral water and ice cubes to the punch bowl and serve the drink to your guests. You can find more punch bowl recipes on our punch bowl recipes page!
