Pineapple punch

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle dry white wine (approx. 70 cl)
  • 2 bottles of dry sparkling wine (approx. 140 cl)
  • 6-10 cl brown rum
  • 10 cl orange liqueur
  • 1 pineapple

Bar accessories:

  • Punch bowl
  • Tumbler

First remove the skin and the inner stem of the pineapple. Then cut the fruit into slightly larger pieces and put them into a punch bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir well with a ladle. Then chill the pineapple punch in the fridge.
