Raspberry punch
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 2 bottles dry sparkling wine
- 1 lemon
- 15-18 cl raspberry liqueur
- 500-600g raspberries
Bar Accessories:
- Punch bowl
- Tumbler
Wash the raspberries under cold water and cut the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces. Put the raspberries in a punch bowl and pour in the raspberry liqueur. Now take the sparkling wine and pour it into the punch bowl just like the wine. After stirring the mix, put the punch bowl in the fridge and let the mix cool down. After a few hours, you can take the punch out of the fridge and serve it to your guests in smaller tumblers. You can find more punch recipes on our punch recipes page!
