Wild berry punch

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 140 cl dry Riesling
  • 80 cl sparkling wine
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 1000g wild berries
  • 2-4 peaches

Bar accessories:

  • Punch bowl
  • Tumbler

Cut the wild berries and peaches into bite-sized pieces. Put the fruit mix into a punch bowl and sprinkle with sugar (to taste). Add half of the Riesling and leave in the fridge overnight. Before serving, place a large ice cube in the punch bowl and add the remaining Riesling and sparkling wine. After stirring the mixture once with a ladle, pour it into small tumblers and serve.
