Sambutini
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 cl Sambuca
- 1 cl Dry Vermouth
The Sambutini is very similar to the Dry Martini Gin Cocktail recipe. For this drink, you also add Sambuca and Dry Vermouth one after the other into a mixing glass. Stir these ingredients together with ice cubes. After about 30 seconds, strain the mixture through a bar strainer into a martini glass. Now garnish with an olive or a lemon zest and serve.
