Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2,5 cl Blue Curacao
- Sparkling wine
- 2,5 cl gin
Bar Accessories:
- Ice cubes
- Cocktail shaker
- Long drink glass
First put all the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker for a few seconds and shake well. Then strain the drink into a pre-chilled long drink glass, add the sparkling wine, garnish (with a cocktail cherry or apricot slice) and serve the sparkling wine cocktail.
