The Green Beast

Ingredients:

• 3 cl absinthe
• 3 cl lime juice
• 3 cl sugar syrup
• 12 cl water

Bar accessories

• Long drink glass
• Bar spoon

First fill a long drink glass with ice cubes. Then add all the ingredients. It is very important that you measure the ingredients exactly (preferably with the help of a jigger), otherwise your absinthe cocktail could taste too strong. Stir the ingredients together with the ice in the long drink glass well with a bar spoon and serve the drink. Before serving, you can garnish it with a slice of cucumber and then serve it.
