Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 cl grenadine
- 2,5 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl cognac
- Champagne
Bar Accessories:
- Bar spoon
- Champagne glass
- Ice cube
- Cocktail Shaker
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds. Then strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, top up with champagne, grit (with a slice of lemon) and serve. You can find more champagne cocktail recipes on our champagne cocktail page!
