Areola

Ingredients:

• 2 cl orange liqueur
• 2 cl cognac
• 2 cl orange juice
• Sparkling wine

Bar Accessories:

• Ice cubes
• Cocktail shaker
• Champagne glass

Before the cognac cocktail is strained into a chilled champagne glass and sparkling wine is added, all ingredients except sparkling wine must be shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice for a few seconds.
