Basilis
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cl vodka
- 2 cl gin
- 4 cl soda water
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1 dash Amaretto
- Basil
Preparation:
Take the leaves of 2 or 3 basil sprigs and put them in a cocktail shaker. Add the spirits (gin and vodka) and sugar syrup. Now squeeze all the ingredients with a pestle. Strain the drink through a bar strainer and a fine sieve into a tumbler and pour soda water into the glass. Now you can garnish the cocktail with basil leaves and serve it!
