Brandy Crusta Recipe

  • 6 cl brandy
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 cl Triple Sec
  • 2 dashes cocktail bitters

Step by Step Guide

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice cubes.
  2. Shake well for about 15 to 20 seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest and serve.

To prepare the Brandy Crusta, you first need a shaker and a jigger. In the jigger you can measure out all the ingredients and then pour them into the cocktail shaker. Also add some ice to the shaker so that the cocktail can be cooled down. Now shake well for about 15 to 25 seconds and then strain into a pre-chilled martini glass (without ice). Finally, garnish with a lemon zest and serve or enjoy yourself.
