Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cl Cognac
  • 1 cl brandy apricot
  • 1 cl orange juice
  • Champagne

Bar Accessories:

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass
  • Ice cubes

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for at least 15 seconds. Then strain into a pre-chilled martini glass, top up with champagne, garnish (with a cocktail cherry) and serve. You can find more champagne cocktail recipes on our champagne cocktail page!
