Morning Glory Fizz
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Scotch whisky
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- A dash of pastis
Bar Accessories:
- Cocktail shaker
- Ice cubes
- Martini glass
Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. After approx. 25 seconds, strain the ice-cold Fizz Cocktail into a martini glass and garnish the drink with a slice of lemon and/or blackberry. You can then serve the drink or enjoy it yourself.
