Red Fizz
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 cl gin
- 3 cl pomegranate liqueur
- 3 cl lime juice
- Soda water
- An egg white
Bar Accessories:
- Cocktail shaker
- Ice cubes
- Long drink glass
Measure all the ingredients except the soda water with a jigger and then pour these ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake the shaker until the egg white has become frothy (after 30 seconds at the latest). Now you can strain the drink into a long drink glass filled with ice cubes and carefully pour on the soda water. Garnish the drink with a few pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
