Champagne Julep

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl brandy
  • 1 BL icing sugar
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Champagne

Bar Accessories:

  • Crushed ice
  • Bar spoon
  • Champagne glass

Preparation:

First fill the champagne glass with brandy, sugar and the mint leaves. Add crushed ice and stir gently. Now pour the champagne over the ice and stir again well with the help of the bar spoon. Then pour more champagne. Now you can garnish the julep cocktail with a sprig of mint and/or individual mint leaves and serve. You can find more julep recipes on our Julep Cocktail page!
