Devil's Margarita
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cl mezcal
- 1 cl tequila
- 4 cl lime juice
- 3 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl red wine
For this margarita variation, add the mezcal, tequila, lime juice and sugar syrup one after the other to a cocktail shaker. Add a few ice cubes and shake the shaker well. Strain the mixture through a bar strainer into a martini glass (or margarita glass). Now carefully add the red wine. Pour it over a bar spoon so that it does not mix with the other ingredients.
