Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Mezcal
- 5 cl pomegranate juice
- 2.5 cl lime juice
- 2.5 cl sugar syrup
- 1 bar spoon pepper paste
- 1 bar spoon rose water
- 1 egg white
Pour all the ingredients one by one into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake the cocktail shaker well. After shaking for about 30 seconds, a nice head of foam will have formed.
