Einstein

Ingredients:

• 5 cl Mezcal
• 5 cl pomegranate juice
• 2.5 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 bar spoon pepper paste
• 1 bar spoon rose water
• 1 egg white

Pour all the ingredients one by one into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake the cocktail shaker well. After shaking for about 30 seconds, a nice head of foam will have formed.
