Sweet Sunrise
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl mezcal
- 2 cl bitter aperitif
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Soda water
The preparation of this drink is very simple. Simply add all the ingredients one after the other to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake the shaker well and strain the drink through a strainer into a tumbler. Now you can grit the cocktail with a lemon zest and serve it.
