Kiwi punch
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lemon/s
- 8 kiwis
- 6 cl brown rum
- 12 cl kiwi liqueur
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 2 bottles of dry sparkling wine
Bar Accessories:
- Punch bowl
- Tumbler
The basis for the kiwi punch is (as the name suggests) the kiwi. Peel all the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Cut a lemon wedge from the lemon and add these two ingredients to the punch bowl. Then add the rum and the liqueur to the bowl. Now pour the white wine and sparkling wine into the bowl and chill the mix. Then pour the punch into cocktail glasses with a ladle and serve.
