Lychee punch
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 2 bottles dry sparkling wine
- 6 cl cognac
- 2 cans of lychees
- 1-2 lemon/s
- 10 cl lychee liqueur
Bar accessories:
- Punch bowl
- Tumbler
Open the cans and drain the fruit. Then put the lychees in a large punch bowl with the cognac, lychee liqueur and the juice of the lemon. Finally, add the sparkling wine and the wine to the bowl and stir well. You can then chill the punch and later strain it into tumblers. You can find more punch recipes on our punch recipes page!
