Ingredients:
- 6 cl raki
- 3 cl red vermouth
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
This raki cocktail recipe is very similar to the Manhattan cocktail recipe. However, the whisky is replaced by raki in this cocktail. However, the preparation remains the same. Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir these ingredients well with a bar spoon. Then strain the mixture through a strainer into a martini glass.
