Citron-Killer
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cl lemon vodka
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- One egg white
Preparation:
Add all ingredients one after the other to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. After shaking for about 20 seconds (the egg white should now have become a nice froth) you can strain the drink through a bar strainer into a martini glass. Then the cocktail is ready and you can serve it.
