Vodka Collins
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cl vodka
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 3 cl lemon juice
- Soda water
Bar Accessories:
- Cocktail shaker
- Ice cubes
- Long drink glass
This vodka cocktail belongs, as the name suggests, to the Collins cocktail category. The Vodka Collins is similar to the Tom Collins, only with vodka. First, all ingredients except soda water are put into a cocktail shaker with ice and shaken well. Then strain the drink into a pre-chilled long drink glass.
