Sparkling Strawberry
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl cognac
- Champagne
- 3 cl strawberry liqueur
- 4 cl pineapple juice
Bar Accessories:
- Cocktail shaker
Champagne glass or wine glass
Ice cubes
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds. Then strain into a chilled champagne glass, top up with champagne, garnish (with a strawberry) and serve. You can find more champagne cocktail recipes on our champagne cocktail page!
