Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl sake
  • 2 cl brandy
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • Soda water

Put all the ingredients except the soda water into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Then shake the cocktail shaker well for about 25 seconds and strain the mixture through a bar strainer into a long drink glass.
