Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 cl red vermouth
  • Champagne

Bar Accessories:

  • Champagne glass
  • Ice cube

Soak the sugar cube in a champagne glass with the Angostura bitters and add ice. Fill the glass with champagne and add a lemon peel. Then serve. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
