Ingredients:

• 4 cl port wine
• 3 cl cognac
• 2 cl Curacao Orange
• 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bar Accessories:

• Champagne glass or martini glass
• Stirring glass
• Ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. After about 15 seconds, you can strain the drink into a martini glass, squeeze an orange peel over the glass, add it and serve. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
