Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cl cognac
- 1 cl crème de cassis
- 1 cl Vermouth
- 1 dash Maraschino
- Champagne
Bar Accessories:
- Bar spoon
- Stirring glass
- Champagne flute
- Ice cubes
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice for 30 seconds. Then strain into a pre-chilled champagne flute, top up with champagne, grit (with a cocktail cherry) and serve. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
