Vermouth Cassis
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cl Creme de Cassis
- 3 cl Dry Vermouth
- Soda water
Bar Accessories:
- Ice cubes
- Champagne glass
- Bar spoon
First pour the Vermouth, then the Creme de Cassis and then the soda water into a champagne glass. Stir the mixture lightly with a bar spoon and spritz with a lemon peel. Then add the lemon zest to the glass and serve the cocktail. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
