Betty Blue
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cl vodka
- 1 cl peach liqueur
- 2 cl Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 dashes Blue Curacao
Bar Accessories:
- Bar spoon
- Ice cubes
- Stirring glass
- Martini glass
Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice until the drink is nicely chilled. You can then strain the mixture into a pre-chilled martini glass and top it off with an orange slice. The cocktail is then ready to serve. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
