Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cl orange liqueur
- 4 cl port wine
- 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 cl brandy
Bar Accessories:
- Bar spoon
- Stirring glass
- Ice cubes
- Martini glass
Put all the ingredients with ice into a mixing glass. Stir the drink with the help of a bar spoon for 15 to 20 seconds and then strain the drink into a pre-chilled martini glass. You can then serve the cocktail. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
