La Rosa Blanca
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cl Pastis
- 5 cl brown rum
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 cl sherry
- 2 cl lime
Bar Accessories:
- Tumbler
- Ice cubes
- Cocktail shaker
Preparation: Crush the cloves in a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds and strain the drink into a tumbler. Then serve or enjoy. You can find more aperitif recipes on our aperitif page!
