Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 cl brown rum
- 3 cl apple juice
- 1,5 cl sugar syrup
- ½ lime
- 5 basil leaves
- Ginger ale
Bar Accessories:
- Long drink glass
- Ice cubes
- Pestle
- Cocktail shaker
Preparation: Pluck some basil leaves from a stalk and put them aside. You can put the other leaves in a cocktail shaker and squeeze them with a pestle. Add the lime juice, ice cubes and all the other ingredients and shake the mix for about 20 – 25 seconds.
