Although the Fog Cutter is made from a whole 7 ingredients, the preparation is incredibly simple and quick. Measure all the ingredients (except sherry) with a jigger and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake the shaker well for about 20 seconds and strain the drink into a long drink or tiki glass filled with ice. Now carefully pour the sherry over the drink. It is best to use a bar spoon or tablespoon for this so that the sherry does not mix with the cocktail immediately. Then garnish with a citrus fruit slice of your choice and serve!

Fog Cutter is a blend of alcoholic and very fruity flavours. However, the fruity flavours are not unpleasantly masked by the alcoholic flavours, but rather complemented, so that the taste harmonises pleasantly with each other. A certain acidity and sweetness are clearly recognisable and create a varied taste experience!
