Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl pineapple juice
  • 3 pieces of pineapple
  • 5 cl brown rum
  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 2.5 cl apricot brandy
  • 2 cl lime juice

Bar Accessories:

  • Tumbler
  • Ice cubes
  • Cocktail shaker

Preparation: Crush a pineapple chunk in a cocktail shaker and add all the other ingredients. Pour all the other ingredients into the shaker and shake for about 15-25 seconds. Then strain into a tumbler and serve. You can find more rum cocktails on our Rum Cocktail page.
