Red Arctic
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 cl brown rum
- 2 cl fino sherry
- 2,5 cl Pastis
- Half a lime
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- 4 cloves
Bar accessories:
- Martini glass
- Ice cubes
- Cocktail shaker
Preparation: Crush the cloves in a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake the shaker for about 30 seconds and strain the drink into a martini glass. Then serve or enjoy. You can find more rum cocktails on our Rum Cocktail page!
