Cilaia

Ingredients:

• 8 cl whisky
• 2 cl red vermouth
• 2 cl herb liqueur

Bar Accessories:

• Bar spoon
• Ice cube
• Stirring glass
• Martini glass

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass for 30 seconds and stir with ice and a bar spoon for about 20-25 seconds. Then strain into a pre-chilled martini glass, grit with a lemon peel and serve. You can find more whisky cocktails on our Whisky Cocktail page!
