Taste profile
32 Reviews
The Sazerac tastes distinctly of spicy and complex whiskey. The strong alcoholic liquorice notes of the whiskey can also be tasted. The interplay of alcoholic whiskey and aniseed-laden absinthe creates a strongly alcoholic and bitter taste. This complexity is underlined by very slightly fruity aromas.
