Gin Rickey Cocktail Recipe
- 6 cl gin
- 1,5 cl lime juice
- Soda water
Step by Step Guide
- Put the gin, lime juice and ice cubes in a glass.
- Fill the glass to the brim with soda water.
- Stir the mix gently with a spoon and serve the Gin Rickey.
A gin cocktail couldn’t be easier to prepare than with the Gin Rickey. To make it, simply pour the gin, lime juice and ice cubes into a highball glass. We recommend measuring out the ingredients with a jigger. Now pour soda water into the glass and stir the drink carefully with a bar spoon. Be careful not to stir too much. This could cause too much carbon dioxide to escape. You can decorate the glass with a lime wedge and then serve the drink!
