Violett Queen

Ingredients:

• 2 cl gin
• 4 cl crème de violette
• 2 cl raspberry syrup
• Soda water

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients (except soda water) into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture through a bar strainer into a tumbler. Now add a few ice cubes to the tumbler and pour soda water over it to the brim. Now the drink can be garnished with raspberries and then served!
