Ingredients:

• 3 cl lemon juice
• Sparkling wine
• 3 cl Blue Curacao
• 3 cl gin

Bar Accessories:

• Ice cubes
• Cocktail Shaker
• Tumbler

First put all the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker for a few seconds and shake well. Then strain the drink into a pre-chilled tumbler, add the sparkling wine, garnish (with a cocktail cherry or apricot slice) and serve the sparkling wine cocktail.
