Southside Cocktail Recipe
- 6 mint leaves
- 6 cl gin
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 3 cl sugar syrup
Step by Step Guide
- Add lemon juice and mint leaves one by one to a cocktail shaker and gently crush leaves with a pestle.
- Now add the gin, sugar syrup and a few ice cubes and shake the shaker well.
- Now strain into a martini glass or cocktail bowl and enjoy!
